  • This is the most common question we are asked. Typically this question comes up because the homeowner is being advised by their insurance company that a new roof is required in order to obtain homeowner’s insurance.

    We are happy to inspect your roof, and provide you with an analysis of the roof’s condition.

    If you decide that you do not need a new roof you may be able to seek insurance from a different provider.

  • Typically a roof is replaced when after being damaged in an event, when it has deteriorated over time, a homeowner is looking to upgrade their roof to one that offers more protection or, when they simply want to upgrade the appearance of their home.

    There are multiple reasons that a roof may become open to developing leaks. The three most common are: environmental conditions (wind, UV, etc), standing water, or sub par materials.

    If your roof is damaged or has developed leaks, it may be better to replace the entire roof, rather than engaging in numerous repairs.

    A painful truth is that often when a roof is leaking, there are addition damaged areas that also need attention.

  • Absolutely! Unlike many other roofing companies we are licensed, insured and certified to install or repair metal roofing (AKA Standing Seam).

    The training provided by the manufacturers give us the added benefit of being able to offer extended warranties to our customers.

  • Most residential roofs can be completed in two days to a week. Large commercial projects take longer.

    However, there are several variables that go into the timing of your roof installation. Among the variables are: the square footage of your roof, the height and slope angle, the materials used, and the weather just to name a few.
